Sales Terms of the Store
Buying items from Definitive Synergy via the store constitutes your agreement to the Sales Terms of the Store as well as to be bound by them and the Terms and Conditions of the Definitive Synergy Website.

Return Policy
All sales are final. We do accept returns but we do process exchanges as described in the Sales Terms of the Store.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept returns. We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at contact us at 724.602.5223 to receive a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) to return your item to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Please contact us at 724.602.5223 to let us know that you want to exchange an item within 72 hours of receipt. You will be responsible for the products you return until they reach us.

Warranty
Definitive Synergy warrants that any Definitive Synergy product is free from workmanship and material defects for 30 days from the original date of purchase. Definitive Synergy’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Definitive Synergy will either repair or replace your Definitive Synergy product at its own discretion.

Faulty Items
We have severe quality control measures in place to ensure our items arrive in good condition. Despite this, items can sometimes arrive with defects or it can happen that you receive items different from what you ordered. In such cases we will send you a replacement free of charge. It may be necessary that you destroy the faulty items or ship the items you received back to Definitive Synergy. Please follow the instructions of our customer service representatives. Once we confirm that the items we sent you were defective or that they were different from what you ordered, we will process the exchange.

Terms and Conditions
Purchases made via the store are intended for end users only, and are not authorized for resale.
Definitive Synergy is not responsible for packages that were lost, stolen, damaged, denied or returned and is not obligated to give you a refund.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. Any modification by a third party disqualifies any and all items for exchange or return.
