BRUNSWICK BILLIARDS WILL FEATURE UNIQUE ZANZIBAR AT WPBA GREAT LAKES CLASSIC
BRISTOL, Wis. (June 15, 2009) – As part of its sponsorship support of the Women’s Professional Billiards Association, Brunswick Billiards will feature its unique, distinctly intercontinental Zanzibar pool table at the Great Lakes Classic in Michigan City, IN, later this month. Tournament finalists will have the opportunity to play on the limited edition luxury table, which retails for around $25,000.
Inspired by European, Indian and African influences, the Zanzibar includes a rich mix of international woods including European Mappa burl and rails of American Cherry, giving the table a striking presence. Solid hand-textured and etched brass panels surround the aprons and leg pedestals for an elegant, sophisticated feel. Perhaps the most unique feature of the table is its African-inspired brass monkeys, which support the rail next to each pocket.
The Zanzibar pool table by Brunswick Billiards will be featured at the upcoming WPBA Great Lake Classic.
These supports give the table a distinctive flair and a bold sense of adventure.
