Border-fence dispute snares rare jaguars

The jaguar, an endangered species, has a breeding population in northern Mexico. In recent years, however, the big cats have been spotted in southern Arizona, and that has raised hopes they will establish breeding grounds there. But that could be stopped in its tracks by the controversial border fence.
